A new smart application is available that allows users to measure their average heart rate, monitor their health, and track their workout progress. This app is unique in that it doesn't require any additional external devices for heart rate measurement.

The application utilizes the smartphone's camera to measure the user's heartbeat by processing pulse images from their finger. With this technology, users can easily tune out stress, anxiety, and fall asleep effortlessly. The app offers a wide range of sounds, music, meditations, and stories to help users relax and unwind from their busy day.

Designed for daily routines like meditation, yoga, and sleep, this app is the perfect companion. It provides soothing nature sounds and ambient melodies to create a peaceful environment.

Premium subscriptions are available for users who want to unlock additional features. Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial followed by a weekly subscription for $6.99, monthly subscription for $14.99, 3-month subscription for $38.99, or a yearly subscription for $89.99.

Auto-renewal is enabled by default but can be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The payment will be charged to the user's iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. Users have the ability to manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their Account Settings after purchase.

It's important to note that this application should not be used as a medical device. Additionally, if a device does not have a built-in camera flash, measurements should be taken in a well-lit environment such as bright sunlight or close to a light source.
